Leadership development: managing staff performance

This course is an introduction to leadership. Many people are appointed to leadership positions, and it is often assumed that they will have leadership skills because they are good workers.
This three-part course fills some of the gaps and provides leaders with confidence to manage, even in the most challenging situations.
The course is being run by Keith Vaughan, who has extensive experience after working at the Employers and Manufacturers Association for many years.
The course is a Te Ahikawariki/Vegetable Industry Centre of Excellence (VICE) initiative.
