Key dates for 2025 AGM

The following dates are key in the lead up to Vegetables NZ's 2025 AGM, being held as part of the Horticulture Conference in Wellington on Tuesday 26 August (exact time and room location to be advised). 

• Written notice of AGM, requesting nominations for the Board and grower remits | on or before 8 July
• Nominations and remits received | by 29 July 
• Notice of meeting (including remits) published | by 5 August 
• Voting begins (if needed) | 5 August
• Voting concludes | 19 August 
• AGM takes place | 26 August
